ARNOTT AWARDED TÜV CERTIFICATION

PROMOTIONAL ARTICLE ON BEHALF OF ARNOTT EUROPE

A lot has changed since the start of Arnott Europe in 2014. Besides our constantly expanding customer base and our periodically new product releases, Arnott, a leader in air suspension replacement products, has been awarded TÜV Rheinland Product Safety and Quality Certification for its air suspension products designed for automobiles and motorcycles! With Arnott’s addition of a European HQ in 2014, the company wanted to assure customers and partners in Europe that its products offered the highest safety and quality standards.

In the past two years, we have listened closely to what this market and its customers were asking. One of the things that was mentioned was the need for some kind of quality check or certification. We decided to strive for the highest goal; TÜV certification.

TÜV Rheinland Product Safety and Quality Certification marks show that a manufacturer’s products have met safety requirements and quality standards. TÜV Product Safety and Quality Certification marks assured customers that they are buying a safe product that has been investigated for particular safety requirements by an accredited third party and are supported by regular surveillance audits.

Over the past months, Arnott’s factory has undergone an extensive TÜV audit to confirm that the company fulfills the requirements of international road traffic regulations related to its Quality Management System and Production Process.

We are proud to announce that we have been certified for the manufacturing of air suspension products for passenger cars, the manufacturing of coilover conversion kits for passenger cars and the manufacture of air suspension kits for motorcycles. We see this achievement as an exciting first step and we are looking forward to further extend our certification.

And that’s not all!

Arnott also started its own Air Spring assembly lines in the Netherlands!

Air Suspension Compressors were already being assembled as a true ‘plug and play’ solution in Europe but in September 2016, we have also started the assembly of Air Springs. Currently we are already assembling over 30 unique SKU’s in the Netherlands.

The corporation between the European & American offices made it happen. Our technical team visited Arnott’s US plant for extensive training. Together with the help and supervision from our American colleagues, we began producing the BMW GT 5-series Air Spring. This A-2780, is the 1st Air Spring where we can proudly mention: Made in the EU.

Our roller-coaster ride continues, and we are looking forward to what the future holds!
