Inside Line: First Line

Mondeo IV Rear Trailing Arm Bushes

Alongside its reputation for quality replacement parts, First Line is also renowned for its ability to find the solutions and introduce the products that technicians really need to resolve their repair problems. One such example is the rear trailing arm bush for the Mk IV Ford Mondeo.

Historically the suspension system on this vehicle has presented a challenge to the independent sector because the failure of the rear trailing arm bushes has meant that the complete trailing arm has had to be replaced.

This has made repairing the problem very expensive to carry out because although just the bush might have failed, the whole arm has had to be discarded. To add insult to injury, the assembly is only available from the franchised dealer.

However, First Line has now resolved the issue and is able to offer its customers a solution to this problem with the introduction of both the left and right-hand replacement bushes, which will allow the independent to finally take full advantage of this work.

These bushes, designated FSK7360 (LH) and FSK7361 (RH) are manufactured in accordance with First Line’s exacting quality standards and are available from stock. These bushes also fit the Ford Galaxy/C-Max and Volvo S60 II/V70 III applications.
