Jessica Potts, Head of Marketing at the firm said: “While restrictions are slowly being relaxed, we know that many people are diligently still being cautious about contact with other people”, while adding that the ‘one touch solution’ offered by the comparison site means that vehicles can booked in and collected in a contact free way.

A survey by DVSA in February this year found that 88 percent of garages polled were offing a similar service. Whatever the true average figure is, it looks like the notion of having vehicles collected without ever having to see a technician is on the rise.
