Bosch Car Service centres are enjoying a boost to business, according to the companyâ€™s latest customer satisfaction report.
The BCS network adheres to a code of practice that is approved under the Office of Fair Tradingâ€™s Approved Codes scheme.
Bosch released its data after the OFT revealed that companies working to its approved codes received up to 6 times fewer complaints than non-approved firms.
In a survey for the first half of 2009, 99.4% of Bosch Care Service customers said they would use the garage they visited again and 99.7% rated the overall service they received as â€œExcellentâ€ or â€œGoodâ€.
Bosch data also showed that BCS garages ensured that 96.7% of vehicles were ready for collection within the time agreed and 99.3% of customer calls were handled promptly.
