Delphi product blitz to bring 1000 new parts per year

Delphi will add more than 1000 new parts to its range annually through to 2026 as it looks to establish itself as the European leader for steering and suspension components.

The parts will include 400 control arms, 100 inner and outer tie rods, 50 engine mounts and 40 ball joints. Eight new steering and suspension kits for BMWs and Volkswagens will also be offered as part of the product blitz.

The range also includes components for popular electric cars including the Tesla Model Y, Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Porsche Taycan.

“We’re set on becoming the number one steering and suspension supplier,” said Laurence Batchelor, Delphi’s chief for chassis, braking, steering and suspension parts.

“By ensuring more than 180 million vehicles in the [Europe, Middle East and Africa] region are covered, we’re giving workshops unparalleled access to the parts they need.”
