First Line supplies 50 parts to banger rally team

Part supplier First Line Ltd has sponsored the Scottish Bangor Challenge team in the upcoming Two Ball 700 Mile rally.

First Line has provided the team with more than 50 parts for its 2003 Honda Accord Tourer, which it purchased for £675. The Japanese estate will be used to navigate the rally’s 700-mile route from Perth (Scotland) to Pitlochry.

The Scottish Bangor Challenge team is raising money for the Bodie Hodges Foundation, a Leicestershire-based charity supporting families bereaved of a child aged 18 or under.

Martin Thompson of the Scottish Bangor Challenge team said: “Even after being in the business as a mechanic for 30 years, I couldn’t believe the sheer amount of parts Borg & Beck provide for this car. First Line’s support is amazing, and we’d like to extend our full appreciation.”
