IGA announces £1000 cash prize for Big Awards category winners

Each category winner at this years Independent Garage Association (IGA) Big Awards will receive a £1000 cash prize.

This, the lobbying group said, was a “gesture to recognise and reward their outstanding achievements within our community”.

The Big Awards 2024 will take place on 20 September at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Chief executive Stuart James said: “As a non-profit organisation, the IGA Big Awards are about celebrating the hard work, dedication, and excellence of the independent garage sector rather than generating a profit.

“For this reason, we have decided that we will give a £1000 cash prize to each of the 17 category winners. We are deeply grateful to all the sponsors whose  generous support makes this event possible and to all the incredible garages who  entered this year’s awards.”
