Tetrosyl acquires home improvements product firm Bartoline

Tetrosyl, the maker of T-Cut and Europe’s biggest manufacturer of car care products, has acquired Hull-based firm Bartoline International for an undisclosed sum.

Bartoline is a leading provider of home decoration sundries such as surface filler, wallpaper adhesive and white spirit, and exports such products to more than 70 countries globally.

“Tetrosyl leads the way in brand management with a combination of innovation, technology and design and Bartoline has many years of manufacturing experience and expertise providing complimentary heritage brands to the Tetrosyl Group portfolio,” said Peter Schofield, chairman of the Testrosyl Group. “The strategic fit is exceptional.”
