This deal follows the recent acquisition by Cazoo of car subscription platform Drover in December 2020, and of the Imperial car supermarket chain in July.

It will remain a standalone business run by Theo (Kortland, MD of SFS) and his team and we look forward to working with them and investing in continuing to serve its customers and growing the SFS business further.”
