CAZOO OPENS IPSWICH CUSTOMER CENTRE

Used car start-up Cazoo has opened a customer service centre in Ipswich with the creation of 15 jobs.

The site was formerly occupied by Imperial Cars which was acquired by Cazoo over the summer. The firm claims to have spent  over £1m into refurbishing the site.

Initially an online-only retailer, the firm has opened a number of physical sites to provide customers a ‘click and collect’ option. A further three are planed to open by the end of December, with a dozen more pencilled in to open throughout 2021.

Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of Cazoo said, “We have been delighted by the overwhelmingly positive response of consumers to our online car buying proposition. With our ever-increasing number of sales, our Customer Centres will provide more options to our customers”.
