The additional site, located adjacent to its Fulwood Rise production plant in North Nottinghamshire, boosts the company’s production capabilities and stock capacity, further streamlining its dispatch process to ensure even faster and more reliable service for customers.

With over 80,000 parts in stock, covering 90 percent of the European car parc, and the development of more than 300 new-to-range products annually, BM Catalysts ensures it remains ahead of market trends and can address the latest vehicle needs.

Recently, BM Catalysts introduced 13 new part numbers to its lineup, including six catalytic converters, four pipes, two diesel particulate filters (DPFs), and one selective catalyst reduction (SCR) reference. These new additions expand the company’s Euro 6 fitment coverage to include 103 vehicle applications and over 1.44 million vehicles.

Supporting garages with innovative programmes

BM Catalysts’ commitment to the aftermarket extends beyond product development. Through initiatives like BM Garage Pro and BM Rewards Pro, the company is empowering garages to enhance their service offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction.

The BM Garage Pro e-learning platform provides garage technicians with in-depth training on BM Catalysts’ products and technologies. By improving product knowledge and installation efficiency, the platform helps garages reduce warranty claims and increase operational efficiency. This, in turn, supports garages in delivering superior service and building customer trust and loyalty.

In addition, BM Rewards Pro directly benefits garages by offering incentives for installing and registering BM Catalysts products. Garages can earn valuable points, which can be redeemed for a range of rewards, or even receive extended warranties. This rewards programme fosters repeat business and strengthens customer relationships, encouraging garages to continue using high-quality BM Catalysts products for their service offerings.
