Inside Line: RMI

The team at the IGA’s Technical Helpdesk has very little to report on the 2007 and later Mondeo – but the following points might be worth noting during service work.

1. Premature wear on front brakes.
2. Loud howling noise from the power steering, not the pump or rack but a small filter in the reservoir, replace reservoir and add new fluid.
3. Erratic operation of the air conditioning, internal corrosion in the wiring loom near to the radiator fans.
