Automotive Distributors Ltd (ADL) is to change its name to Ferdinand Bilstein UK Ltd.
ADL has been synonymous with the Blue Print brand for many years. However since its acquisition by Ferdinand Bilstein GMBH in January 2011 (the owner of the Febi brand) and the subsequent launch of the Bilstein group umbrella brand in September 2012, the firm wishes to differentiate between the independent company of the past and the ‘much stronger’ group structure of today – hence the new name, effective immediately.
The business will continue to distribute the Blue Print brand from their premises in Marden and there will be no change in the existing Febi brand distribution, which in the UK and Ireland is available from Febi UK.
Apart from minor changes in all company stationery, no other aspects of the company structure, ownership or management will change. Bank details for transfers, etc will also not be affected. However, the new complete postal address will be;
