Bosch Car Service centres are enjoying a boost to business, according to the company’s latest customer satisfaction report.

The BCS network adheres to a code of practice that is approved under the Office of Fair Trading’s Approved Codes scheme.

Bosch released its data after the OFT revealed that companies working to its approved codes received up to 6 times fewer complaints than non-approved firms.

In a survey for the first half of 2009, 99.4% of Bosch Care Service customers said they would use the garage they visited again and 99.7% rated the overall service they received as “Excellent” or “Good”.

Bosch data also showed that BCS garages ensured that 96.7% of vehicles were ready for collection within the time agreed and 99.3% of customer calls were handled promptly.
