AAG buy out Linings & Hoses

Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of Linings & Hoses Ltd.

The business was a member of the Independent Motor Trade Factors Associated (IFA) buying Group and is a three branch commercial vehicle business based in Congleton, Stoke & Stafford with sales of  around £4.0m and 24 employees. It had been run by the Smedley family with Steven Kempa since 2006, although the root of the company can be traced back to 1968 when LH Brakes & Hoses was established by Brian Smedley.
