AC Components becomes part of Alliance Automotive Group

Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of AC Components Ltd; an existing member of the UAN.

AC Components

AC Components is a single branch LV business based in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. Formed in 2014, the branch had sales of around £3.0m and 20 employees.

Rather than having anything to do with air conditioning, the name comes from the initials of founders of Alwyn Megarity and Cedric Livingstone.  The business is is best known for performance and tuning accessories, such as alloy wheels.

This latest acquisition is the third that AAG has made in Northern Ireland in 2022. In May the business group announced it had bought out three-branch Mac Autoparts as well as two-branch distributor Antrim Autoparts.
