Dunkley’s of Deal is celebrating being awarded the Kitemark certification for garages.

The garage, which was founded 25 years ago, is hoping the accolade will help it beat the recession and grow business by 15-20% per year.

Paul Bone, office manager, said: “We felt it would be a powerful advertising tool as the Kitemark logo is nationally known and would give customers confidence to bring their vehicle into our garage.

“It has improved us into a better working business and it will also play an important role in generating more customers and revenue.

“We wanted to show our customers that we take quality seriously and to hopefully set ourselves apart from other garages in the area.”

  1. All the more strange then that there is no mention of the Kitemark on their website!
