Turkey-based tyre maker Lassa Tyres has today agreed a deal with Bolton Wanderers to sponsor the football club for the 2011/2012 season.

The company says it was attracted to a deal with the Wanderers because of their status as an established club in the Barclays Premier League.

Here in the UK, Lassa Tyres has introduced a range of its products to the market, including tyres for 4×4, SUV and truck models. The company has a national supply chain of 13 independent distributors.

London-based firm Samson Sport Consultancy brokered the deal, having helped Lassa Tyres previously gain a foothold in other markets.
