Re-finishing distributor Brown Brothers has taken residence in a new depot in Aylesford.

The company has started a ten-year lease agreement at the site, owned by Lothbury Investment Management.

Brown Brothers will benefit from almost 6500 square foot of space, which includes car parking spaces for ten vehicles. This latest investment brings the total number of Brown Brothers depots to 14 nationwide.

National Operations Manager for the company John Cable said: “We have relocated from a smaller unit in Gillingham. We were attracted to Priory Park because of its superb location and because of the excellent amount of parking available which is essential for our needs. We were also impressed with the quality of the unit and the general ambiance of Priory Park.”
