CMF CANTERBURY TAKEN OVER BY AAG

Alliance Automotive Group has announced on its LinkedIn page that it has acquired CMF Canterbury, a single branch factor and retail shop on Wincheap Industrial Estate.

Companies House has updated to show AAG’s Milton Keynes HQ as the new registered office, though the ‘persons with significant control’ has not changed as of today.

CMF Canterbury was formed in 1984 by the O’Kelly family and taken over in 2005 by Graham Turner, Ann Cryer and Richard Allman. It is an existing GroupAuto member.
