Ben Martin, Director of Pearson Ham Group, said: “Supporting motor factors is a primary aim of the acquisition of Factor Sales and has led us to create the Automotive Insights team.  We are speaking to a number of factors to provide bespoke analysis on their sales performance, with trend analysis at individual branch level, as well as pricing strategy and optimisation recommendations.  We aim to replicate this at the Buying Group level, always ensuring anonymity to our factors.

“We’ve also spoken to several supplier companies with a view to upgrading the quality and quantity of the analytics we provide. This will offer them enhanced analytics, allowing them to easily assess trends and their own performance across a wide range of business views, including sales & marketing, pricing strategy and new product development, with a freemium version for new users.”
