CAT: Not a fluffy face

It’s now been three months since I stepped out of university and into the world of the aftermarket.

It’s been a whirlwind tour, learning new things about the industry every day and trying to keep up with what is a fast paced sector.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some of you already (and if I haven’t yet got around to meeting you, why not drop me a line?) and I must say I’m thoroughly impressed so far.

I’m sure some of you have heard my inevitable ‘erm’ response over the phone in the response to a question you’ve asked, and in those instances I can only ask that you bear with me. Three months ago I was a student, which by definition means I rarely did anything before 3pm. And now here I am in the aftermarket, where things move a damn sight quicker. But it’s been a blast so far, and I’m loving every minute.

This is just an introduction to say hi to the online world of CAT. Over the coming weeks and months you can expect to hear more from me (you lucky lot!) on the blogging side, as well as in your daily aftermarket news content.

And if you’re the sort of company who knows the value of social networking sites like Twitter, you can now find CAT on there as well. Simply search for @CAT_Mag and ignore anything with a fluffy face.
