The Unipart Group is to sell a controlling 50.1% stake in its automotive division to private equity firm H2 Equity Partners for an undisclosed sum. The new company will continue to trade as Unipart Automotive.

HEADLINE NEWS: RMI HOPES TO SAVE GARAGES A £5000 HEATING BILL
DEFRA has re-launched its review into the use of Small Waste Oil Burners in workshops and garages. The review could ultimately lead to the units being banned, lumping garages with an extra £5000 in heating bills. The RMI and GEA are campaigning to halt the review.
