That’s the message from the Good Garage Scheme today, which is celebrating receiving its 500,000th piece of feedback on its website.
The feedback, left for Denbighshire’s Autoservices NW Limited by Mr and Mrs Sturgess, praised the independent’s good service. The feedback read: “As my local independent garage, I have never had a problem with Autoservices NW Limited and have always received excellent service from them. I find that by using an independent garage you receive a much more personalised service. Often the larger repair chains do not have the time to pay you much attention and tend to service your vehicle and send you on your way. With an independent garage, they get to know you as a customer and treat you as an individual rather than just another number.”
To reward the Stugess’ the Good Garage Scheme sent them away with a full tank of free fuel. Marketing Manager Andi Sheppard said: “t is a fantastic achievement not only for the Good Garage Scheme but also to our members that we have received 500,000 feedback comments. Customer feedback is a very important part of running a business and the comments we have received have helped our members to improve their businesses further.”
The Good Garage Scheme says that the feedback left by customers is a very important part of its service, and adds that the positive feedback can open up new business opportunities for its members.
In the April edition of CAT magazine, we’ll be talking to Good Garage Scheme General Manager Rachel Greasby, who recently met with Brunswick Garage owner Andy Savva to talk about his concerns over the scheme.
