Car Mats are one of the most popular car accessories. In 2007, sales of mats were worth £75 million.

In a bid to help retailers capitalise on this lucrative category, Ring Automotive has now extended its range.

The company is offering four new mats: Dual Shield, Elite Shield, Dura Shield and Weather Shield.

Dual Shield is a combination of rubber and hard-wearing carpet, while Elite Shield, Dura shield and Weather Shield are all made from extra durable rubber compound.

The Weather Shield has been designed to cope with extreme amounts of dirt and water from adverse weather conditions or off-road use.

The deep-sided tray, traps water and dirt, stopping anything from escaping onto expensive upholstery.

The new mats come as a set of four in either grey or black. Ring’s suggested retail prices start from £10.99.
