A1 MEMBER WINS THULE AWARD

An A1 Motor Stores member in Leicester has been named as Thule’s accessory provider of the year.

The award presented by Thule was given to Epic Accessories in Leicester, to the delight of owner Samantha Gutteridge.

Thule offers roof boxes, bars and cycle carriers for motorists.

The Epic Accessories store first opened its doors in 1969. It was then run by Samantha’s father, the late Jim Gutteridge.

Thule says it was looking for the business that best serviced and met the demands of its customers, as well as marketing the Thule range.

Today Samantha runs Epic Accessories along with her partner and two other members of staff. She said: “We have been working with Thule for over 25 years. We take pride and make a lot of effort to ensure the store looks presentable and that we give our customers the highest standard of service.

“To win the award means that we are on the right track and our efforts have been rewarded as our customers keep coming back.”
