ATS Euromaster MOT stations to hit 100 by year end

Nationwide fast-fit chain ATS Euromaster says it is on target to increase the number of
centres performing MOTs by 20% to 100 centres before the end of 2010,
with a similar increase planned for 2011.

The drive to install new MOT test bays is part of a strategic move to offer additional service, maintenance and repair facilities for the fleet
 sector and private motorists.

Huw Williams, marketing director at ATS Euromaster, said: “Expanding
our MOT coverage is a natural step forward for the business.  The increase in
the number of company vehicles being kept beyond three years means many more
businesses are now requiring MOTs for their fleet.

”

The growth of the MOT side of the business comes after a significant investment this year
and the introduction of Bosch diagnostic equipment across the  network.

ATS has also introduced air-conditioning servicing at 11 of its
centres on a trial basis in 2010.  If it proves popular, it will be
rolled out across the network during 2011.
