AUTOMECHANIKA BIRMINGHAM HIGHLIGHTS 2017

This year’s Automechanika Birmingham show attracted over 800 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors including garages, motor factors and parts retailers.

With the extra hall space and longer opening hours meant aftermarket professionals had more opportunities to discover new technology, learn new skills and network with other industry experts.

  1. very disappointed with the level of visitors. Both at factor / distributor and garage level. With the exception of Ireland, little or no overseas visitors.
    Wont be there next year. I understand that many of the big boys wont be there also as they focus on the main event in Frankfurt.
    No doubt the promoters will put lots of positive spin on this years figures but the mood was generally one of poor value / return for the spend. This is from a parts perspective – could be different for equipment perhaps?
