First Line is celebrating a huge increase to its web traffic following the re-launch of its website.
The steering and suspension components supplier reports that user registrations have jumped to unprecedented levels and reached 4,500 people.
A breakdown of those users reveals that distributors, car owners and installers from all over the world have signed up to the new website. Registrations came from as far a field as Brazil, Japan and the West Indies.
The company says that its updated online presence will enable users to keep up to date with the latest additions to product ranges, as well as providing in-depth product information and clarity through the First Line Webcat parts catalogue.
Users can search for individual vehicle applications, both in the consumer and CV sector, with images allowing customers to see the product they’re buying before committing.
The company says that one of the website’s newest additions, the cross-reference function, also allows customers to search for parts with multiple applications.
The technical section of the website promises to be regularly updated with product and technical bulletins, both available online and for download. The bulletins give detailed instructions on the fitting of parts.
First Line is encouraging all of its customers to get to grips with the new site which also includes all of the company’s marketing information.
