IFA WELCOMES FOUR NEW MEMBERS

by

The IFA is welcoming its first new members to the group  since it became partners of the ADI buying group on January 1.

The IFA said applications to join the group since it partnered with the €6bn+ Automotive Distributers International have led to four new Members, each with a strongly respected business in their area.

The new Members are Andrew Watt Ltd (based in Glasgow), Sutton Auto Factors (branches throughout Nottinghamshire), LVW Group Ltd (in Birkenhead) and a new CV Member, Truck Parts North Wales (in Conwy).

“We are delighted to have finally joined the IFA who have an excellent reputation in our industry”, said Andrew Bell of Andrew Watt Ltd, continuing “We are looking forward to contributing and benefiting from our membership of the group.”  Peter Walsh of LVW commented “We believe the increasingly competitive market place demands the alliance of forward thinking parts distributors looking to develop successfully with competitive and quality brands.”  Andrew Wells of Sutton Auto Factors added “A larger group offers more security and the opportunity to work with like-minded people.”

Chairman of the IFA, Gary Kennett, talked of exciting times for the expanding group as he welcomed the new Members “Joining the ADI has given us new concepts and programmes that build on our successful strategy to help our customers succeed.  The IFA is a powerful force in the aftermarket.”

The group is looking for other new members. For more information on joining the IFA, contact Director Ewan Murray at ewan.murray@imtfa.co.uk.
