  • 1.6 BGU engine code overheating in slow moving traffic – water pump impeller failure, replace pump.
  • 1.6 TDCi CACY engine code 2010> – cutting out, erratic idle and rough running (no fault codes) water-cooled EGR valve internal coolant leak, replace EGR.
  • 1.9 TDCi Golf V >2008 facia and instrument panel warning lights, electric widows, locking and power steering failures – poor earth to o/s/f inner lower “A” post corroded.
  • 2.0 GTi  Golf V1 Steering wheel vibration over 60 mph – inner driveshaft joint failure.
