Peverell Garage awarded the BSI Kitemark

The Peverell team
Proud: The Peverell team

Peverell Garage, based in Plymouth, has been awarded BSI Kitemark certification.

Established nearly 15 years ago, Peverell is a small business with 5 members of staff.

Owner Simon Rouse said working towards the accreditation “has made us approach our business more professionally… and it has given the business a recognised structure to follow”.

He added: “We believe that BSI as an independent and respected body gives it a unique perspective and public perception that we are proud and feel honoured to be involved with.”

To obtain the Kitemark, garages must be assessed on customer service and satisfaction; facilities such as waiting areas; ability of staff; quality of workmanship; and fair and transparent billing.
