Raise money for Charity in National BEN Week

by

Automotive industry charity BEN is challenging people to raise £108 for its work through its National BEN Week.

Running from July 15-21, the target is set at £108 to reflect the charity’s 108 years of providing care and support for the motor industry. The new theme for the work is ‘Bear Us in Mind’.

Kelly Neal, BEN’s Events and Exhibitions Manager, said: “National BEN Week gives everybody the opportunity to have some fun. No matter how big or small the fundraising idea, every penny goes toward helping our automotive industry colleagues in times of need.

“With the arrival of our new member of staff, Benjamin Bear, the opportunities are endless; Best Dressed Bear, Bear Bake-off, Teddy Bears’ Picnic, a Bear Road Trip and Fact or Bear-faced Lie.”

For more information and to get involved contact Leanne Ledger on 01344 294 714 or e-mail benjamin.bear@ben.org.uk.
