Distrigo is now the supplier of genuine parts for a further six Stellantis brands, taking its total portfolio for the car maker to 11.
The parts supplier now adds Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep and Lancia to its well-established distribution network, joining Citroën, DS Automobiles, Opel, Peugeot, and Vauxhall.
The contract, which came into effect today, means that Stellantis-authorised repairers and independent repairers will now be able to order genuine parts and accessories from their Distrigo parts distributors – which now stands 148 in Europe, which includes more than 90 in the UK.
The new system will also allow Distrigo hubs to deliver “even better service to customers”, it says, as the call centres will be reorganised, and coverage of sales staff revised.
“We are pleased to announce this significant enhancement to our comprehensive Distrigo model in Europe.
“This is a critical step forward in offering benchmark service to authorised and independent repairers while reinforcing our one-stop-shop strategy,” said Luca Parasacco, global head of parts and service distribution Stellantis.
