2019: JURATEK IN MANAGEMENT BUYOUT

Bettaparts will remain at its Bradford site, serving its existing customer base and Juratek has said that there are no plans to distribute its own branded products through the new site as the companies will operate separately.

The purchase comes 18 months after the MBO of Juratek and Managing Director Matt Robinson said: “We had the opportunity to buy a business that is local to us, that share some of the same products but services a different part of the market.  There are obvious synergies, and we are looking forward to working with the Bettaparts staff, customers and suppliers.”
