AA TO BE RECOVERED BY PRIVATE EQUITY GROUPS

The AA is likely to accept an offer of 35p per share from two private equity groups.

The AA has indicated in a statement that it is likely to accept the deal, ‘having considered carefully the viability of a range of alternative potential debt and equity refinancing options’.
