AAG ACQUIRE UCKFIELD FACTOR

Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of EBC Motor Factors Ltd; an existing member of the UAN buying group.

The business is a two branch LV business based in Brighton and Uckfield with sales of c£1.0m and 13 employees. It was started in 2008 by Samantha and Leon Rzepa.

AAG’s buying spree in 2018-19 seems to have ended as this is the first acquisition for the group since July 2020.
