ALLIANCE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP ACQUIRES ANOTHER FACTOR

AAG has acquired Minehead Motor Factors, a single branch factor based in Somerset.

Minehead Motor Factors was started in 2001 by Roberta and Arthur Talbot. Darren Harris was appointed as Managing Director in 2015 and the business was a member of the (AAG owned) UAN buying group.

Although AAG’s acquisition level is lower than it was in 2018-19, it has still made some significant takeovers during the year past. In February the group acquired EBC Motor Factors, and in 2020 it bought out Saber Auto spares, Millgate Motor Factors and Jim Barker Motor Factor.
