St. Albans-based Blitz Motor Factors has been taken over by AAG.

Blitz employs 12 people over two sites

The UAN-member has two branches in Welwyn Garden City and St. Albans. Run by the Mileham family since 2017, it has a dozen employees. Turnover is in the region of £2.4m.

The acquisition is the first takeover of a UK factor by AAG since October 2021. In that month the group acquired Beverley Motor Factors, Cotswold Motaquip and CMF Canterbury.
