COTSWOLD MOTAQUIP ACQUIRED BY AAG

Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of Cotswold Motaquip Ltd; an existing member of the UAN buying group.

Cotswold Motaquip now part of Alliance Automotive Group

Founded in 2006 by Paul Chater, the business is a single branch LV business based in Cirencester with sales of approximately half a million per year and four employees.

Last week, AAG completed the acquisition of CMF Canterbury, another single branch factor and retailer.
