ECP TO STOCK FRAM FILTERS

Sogefi Filtration has signed a supply agreement with Euro Car Parts. The latter will stock products under the Fram brand from the start of July, with the full range of light vehicle filters being sold through all of ECP’s outlets in the UK and Ireland.

Nigel Duffield, Sales Director at Sogefi commented: “The cooperation with Euro Car Parts is very promising and will surely contribute to further develop the presence of the brand throughout the country”.

Five years ago, Sogefi sold the Crosland brand to ECP. At the time the filter maker issued a statement emphasising that the deal was for the brand name only and that it could take ‘no responsibility’ for the products. The new Fram deal is a far more straightforward supply arrangement.

The Fram brand is owned by the Rank Group in the US and sold under license by Sogefi in Europe.
