JIM BARKER LATEST FACTOR ACQUISITION BY AAUK

Widnes-based Jim Barker becomes the latest factor to be acquired by Alliance Automotive UK.

It is the first acquisition completed by the trading group since the takeover of F.M.P and Glaze Auto Parts on the same day in August last year.

Jim Barker has 19 employees

Jim Barker in its modern form was set up by Graeme, Brian and Warwick Read in 2010 and is a member of the GroupAuto buying group, also owned by AAUK. It has an unusually high number of favourable online reviews from both trade customers and members of the public. It has sales of around £2m pa and 19 employees.
