KRAFTWERK TOOLS ACQUIRE JORDAN METEC

Jordan-Metec produces modular workshop furniture

Hand tool and workshop equipment supplier Kraftwerk Tools has acquired the production and sales divisions of Jordan Metec, a German manufacturer of steel workshop furniture and factory equipment. Terms of the deal have not been announced.

The commercial activities of Jordan Metec are being integrated into the newly founded Kraftwerk Industry GmbH & Co. KG and will continue to be controlled from its current location with the company’s 40 employees and its CEO, Reiner Büsching, being brought on board.

CEO Kraftwerk Group – Alexander Pieper stated “This is the first acquisition since the Kraftwerk Group takeover in 2016 and is an important strategic step for us. Expanding our activity to include local production in Germany will accelerate our worldwide growth” .
