NISSENS ACQUIRES AVA COOLING FRANCE

Acquisition of all of AVA Cooling is complete

Denmark-based Nissens has acquired AVA Cooling France from Enterex International Limited Group, meaning it now owns the entire company.

In 2020, Nissens bought out AVA in the UK as well as  Benelux, Central Europe and Denmark. A the time it said that it was also in discussions to acquire the business in France.

2020: NISSENS TO ACQUIRE AVA COOLING IN THE UK AND NORTHERN EUROPE

Executive Vice President of Nissens Automotive, Mr Klavs T. Pedersen, said: “Today, we are pleased that the dialogue with current AVA owner, Enterex, has successfully led to Nissens also gaining ownership of AVA Cooling in France”.

“We are delighted to welcome AVA Cooling France to the ongoing integration process between AVA and Nissens in Europe, and it fuels the active promotion of our dual brand strategy, where we build on the strengths of the AVA brand and the Nissens brand”.
