Members simply have to log in to the portal and select ‘Warranty & Returns’ and then a claim list with all the current transactions will appear. The user can create new claims and is guided through intuitive forms, before submitting the claim digitally. Then, all that is left to do is to ship the physical parts over to the receiver, if requested.

Mark Rudge from TecAlliance said: “Everyone knows that the Warranty and Returns process is painful for all involved, with too much administration, duplicated effort and wasted time. This single system for all claims offers complete visibility of the returns process and drives enormous efficiencies through the supply chain. Adaptable to differing Supplier Warranty and Return requirements, this service – free at the point of use for distributors – will quickly become the norm and we’re delighted to be able to release it in the UK to benefit IAAF members first.”
