YORKSHIRE EXHAUST SPECIALISTS SAY ‘YES’ TO AAG BUYOUT

Leeds-based Yorkshire Exhaust Specialists, better known to all as ‘YES’, has been bought by the Alliance Automotive Group.

Yes becomes a part of the Alliance

The factor was established in 2004 by David and Jacquline Baker. In time it joined the UAN buying group and opened a total of four branches around the Leeds and Bradford area. Over 60 people were employed by the company at the time of acquisition.

YES is the fifth acquisition made by Alliance Automotive Group in 2021. The organisation previously bought West Midlands-based Nyanza in June and Westend, Minehead and EBC Motor Factors prior to that.
