EXOL RENEWS RUGBY SPONSORSHIP

Exol Lubricants has renewed its sponsorship of Worcester Warriors and Worcester Warriors Women rugby teams for the 21/22 season.

Sponsorship deal renewed

Based in Wednesbury, Exol will once again have its logo on the back of the men’s and women’s home and away team shirts in the new season. The brand will also be sponsoring fly-half Billy Searle as part of its new player sponsorship following the retirement of full-back Chris Pennell, who Exol had a long-standing partnership with.

Exol has an affinity to the club after previous season sponsorship and supporting the Warriors Community Foundation.

The Worcester Warriors previous season was cut short due to the pandemic, but the team are ready.

Steve Everitt, Group Managing Director at Exol comments: “We’re proud to be partnering with the great Worcester Warriors for another season.

“Exol continues to grow year-on-year, increasing in popularity in the UK as a leading supplier for the automotive, agriculture, marine and industrial sectors. By partnering with a local team like Worcester Warriors, who are on the rise, we have an opportunity to promote our brand and the high-quality products we deliver to an engaged audience of sports fans.”

Peter Kelly, Managing Director at Worcester Warriors said: “We thank Steve Everitt and everyone at Exol Lubricants for their continued support of the club. Having the support of successful local companies such as Exol Lubricants is important to us. Like us, Exol have deep roots in their local community and are proud of the people that they employ and serve.

“Their support during what has been a challenging year for many businesses has been greatly appreciated and, with the easing of COVID-19 lockdown regulations, we can now look forward to welcoming Exol and their guests to Sixways on a regular basis during the 2021/22 season.”

The new season kicks off on Saturday 18th September and will see the Worcester Warriors take on London Irish at home.
