New factor acquisition for AAG

Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of Express Factors Sevenoaks Ltd; an existing UAN member for years, though as the name suggests was once affiliated to Unipart.

Express Factors Sevenoaks

Founded in 1994 by Maria and Paul Peacock, Express also trades as Palmar Motorcycles and is a single branch LV business based in Sevenoaks, Kent, with sales of c£3.8m and 22 employees.

After taking over 11 businesses in 2022, AAG has made just two in the UK so far this year. However, it has made significant acquisitions in the Republic of Ireland with Ballyfermot Autoparts, Finglas Auto Parts and Tallaght Auto Parts (all part of the same group) completed.
