The first Virtual Days trade show held by the Nexus trading platform has taken place, with  1,300 virtual meetings taking place over the two days.

More than 1,000 participants from all around the globe took the opportunity to visit the fifty supplier exhibitor booths and enjoy four different webinars with live ‘Q’&’A’ sessions with the Nexus management team.

Also, on show were some of the most innovative mobility start-ups, thanks to Mobilion, the early stage venture fund initiated by the buying group, which invests in smart mobility, focusing on aftermarket technologies and digital service innovations, globally and domestically.

Virtual conference declared to be a success

Bas Donders,  Brand and Communications Director at Nexus said:

“The Virtual Days platform simulated a real trade show, and it was impressive to see all the suppliers’ booths. The team worked hard over the past months to build a user-friendly environment, in which both the members and suppliers could run meetings, wherever they are in the world. Also, we maximized our support to the community, to let them feel comfortable with the new digital tool.”
